The Bad Effects of Rising Late (বিলম্বে উঠার অপকারিতা) Rising late means to get up late from bed in the morning. It is a bad habit. It brings about serious effects in one's life. A late riser cannot enjoy a lot of things in the morning and fails to engage himself in different works as he should. He/She cannot say his morning prayers, take physical exercise and even enjoy the beautiful sights, scenes of nature. Neither can he/she enjoy the chirping of birds, the humming of the bees and the moving sight of the blooming flowers. He/She even cannot come in touch with the serene (e) fresh morning breeze (M), the rising of the morning sun on the face of the earth. He/She is late at madrasah, office or elsewhere. He/She leads an unhealthy and unhappy life. He/She is in a hurry in everything. Hence he tends to make mistakes on the way. He/She remains always gloomy, bored and tensed (f). So rising late may prolong the suffering in one's life and ruin him in the long run. So, for the sake of goodness, the habit of rising late should be given up by each and everyone.
